Several African players will be hoping to impress in the 2019/20 UEFA Europa League on Thursday night.

Serbian giants FK Partizan will look to Nigerian marksman Umar Sadiq when they take on former English champions Manchester United.

Sadiq has found the back of the net twice in the group stage and he will be looking to add to his tally against the Red Devils.

His countryman, Joe Aribo is expected to feature for Scottish giants Rangers when they square off with Portuguese outfit FC Porto.

The midfield maestro will be keen to play an important role in helping his side secure a win over Porto.

Meanwhile, Egyptian midfielder Mohamed Elneny and his Besiktas teammates will face off with Portuguese side Braga.

The Arsenal loanee has been a key player for the Turkish giants in the Europa League having made seven appearances in the competition.

While Senegalese striker Mbaye Niang is set to lead French side Rennes’ attack when they lock horns with Romanian giants CR Cluj.

The lanky centre forward has found the back of the net once in the group stage.
