The Carabao Cup Quarter-Final draw will take place this Thursday 31 October from approximately 8.45am, live on The Zoe Ball Breakfast Show on BBC Radio 2.

Fresh from the Strictly ballroom, former England goalkeeper and League Cup winner David James, will join Zoe Ball in the studio to conduct the draw.

Once this week’s Round Four fixtures are complete, fans will be able to listen to the draw live on Thursday morning on BBC Radio 2 with live text updates on EFL Twitter.

Last year’s competition saw over 1.2 million people pass through the turnstiles at Carabao Cup fixtures and culminated in a showpiece Wembley Final.

David James said: “I have so many great memories of the Carabao Cup and I’m proud to be part of the history of the competition. Every year it’s always an exciting competition to watch,  so I’m looking forward to seeing how my old clubs get on.”
